By submitting this project/event to through this process, you have obtained the proper approval from church authority (clergy members, steering committee members, or staff department heads). It is at the discretion of the ICSP communications team if approvals need verification based on the type of submission and its content.

Project / Event Details

The specific date your event will be starting. If a project such as business cards or a general brochure, when are you requesting to have them by.

Please understand that the minimum submission deadline for all items below is at least 1 Full Month at a minimum (more is preferred) before the promotion period.

  • If your event requires registration, your event will have one month of promotion.
  • If your event does not require registration, your event will have two weeks of promotion.

Example 1:
Your event starts on March 1st and requires registration, the event promotion will begin early as February 1st, you should submit this request by at least January 1st to be within this guideline.

Example 2:
Your event starts on March 1st, but does not require registration. The event promotion period would begin approximately February 15th, which means your request submission should be supplied no later than January 15th to be within this guideline.

If this deadline is not respected, the project may be rejected, depending on the workload of the communications team.

Communication Submission Disclosure
