Our high school programs are designed to help students transition from “learning about” their faith to actively living it out. Whether preparing for Confirmation or growing as a young adult, there is a place here for every student to belong.
9th Grade: Year 1 – Identity
“Who am I? Who is God? How do I relate to Him?”
The first year of our Confirmation journey focuses on Identity. It is an opportunity for students to more fully embrace their baptismal promise and to begin the journey to learn more about what it means to be a confirmed Catholic. We dive into Theology of the Body and the Eucharist to help students build a personal relationship with Jesus. Through small group discussions, games, and activities, students explore life’s big questions in a supportive community.
10th Grade: Year 2 – Mission
“Answering the call to lifelong discipleship.” The second year of preparation centers on Mission. We emphasize that Confirmation isn’t a “graduation,” but a beginning. Students focus on:
- The Gifts of the Spirit: Discovering how their unique talents can serve others.
- The Great Commission: Exploring the mission of the Apostles and Saints to find their own role in the Church.
- Connections: Strengthening their faith through sponsor relationships, witness talks, and deep personal prayer.
“Being the hands and feet of Christ.”
Seekers is our discipleship program specifically for juniors and seniors. It’s a space to keep the fire of faith burning through Bible study, mentoring, and community involvement. We aim to help students understand how to live out their faith in the “real world” as they prepare for life after high school.
- When We Meet: Once a month on Sunday evenings throughout the formation year.
- Where We Meet: Locations vary based on the specific service project or event!
